HyperFlow Automation provides custom AI agent development, enterprise workflow automation, and related software engineering services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines of our services will be outlined in individualized client agreements or statements of work (SOW).
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary systems, data, and personnel required for us to successfully implement and deploy automation pipelines. You must ensure that any data provided to us complies with applicable data protection laws.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in a signed client agreement, all methodologies, pre-existing intellectual property, and proprietary automation frameworks utilized by HyperFlow Automation remain our exclusive property. The final deployed custom solutions and any resulting output data belong to the client upon full payment for the respective services.
HyperFlow Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services or any automated pipelines deployed in your infrastructure.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
