1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the HyperFlow Systems website and our automation consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Consulting Services & Automation

HyperFlow Systems provides custom automation engineering, API integration, and AI system architecture. All project deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules will be defined in a separate, mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) prior to the commencement of any engineering work.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated in your custom MSA, HyperFlow Systems retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying proprietary automation engines, frameworks, and reusable code modules used to build your solution. You are granted a license to use the final deliverables for your internal business operations.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HyperFlow Systems or its engineers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our custom integrations and software solutions.
